pay for the
door, not the ad.
One credit is $10. One credit is one age-verified person who walks into your place and scans the code on your counter. The credit is spent at that scan and at no earlier point in the funnel — not the send, not the accept, not the tap.
$10 = 1 person
Not a reach estimate. A body, through a door, confirmed by a scan.
check-in
A quest nobody acts on costs nothing, forever. There is no impression line on the invoice because there is no impression line in the model.
$100
10 credits. Below ten arrivals the numbers are too small to tell you anything, and we would rather say so than take $30.
…
Quests actually delivered to a matched pair. Not impressions, not reach, not "potential audience". If two people did not receive it, it is not in here.
the difference is the moment.
reaches a person scrolling alone at midnight who will not remember it by morning.
reaches a person who already decided to come and was choosing between you and the next result.
reaches two people who have agreed to meet, have not chosen where, and have a reason to pick somewhere with a thing to do in it — and costs you nothing at all unless one of them walks in.
four steps.
buy credits
ten at a time, minimum $100 to start. nothing is running yet and nothing is spent.
tell us what your place is actually like
not your tagline. "board games shelf, no fluorescent lights, nobody rushes you."
gemini writes three quests
you pick one, edit it, or reject all three and write your own. still nothing spent.
a matched pair walks in and scans
that scan is the billing event. one credit per body, and your balance moves for the first time.
neko coffee, greenpoint.
Three months on credits. These are modelled numbers from our own pilot, not an audited case study — we will replace them with a real one and say so when we have it.

WHY THE SHOW RATE IS HIGH
Because the pair agreed to the quest before they saw the venue. They are not deciding whether to go out — that already happened. A sponsored quest only has to win the question of where, and it is competing against a group chat that has not picked anywhere yet.
the sponsor buys the slot. not the order.
no bidding, no auction
Every other console asks you to bid, because the platform is auctioning attention it cannot guarantee. There is nothing to auction here. $10 is $10 at every volume, in every city, and paying more cannot buy you a better person.
no pay-to-rank
A sponsored quest reaches people whose interests already fit your venue. Budget does not move you up anyone's list, because there is no list — each pair gets one quest at a time.
no labelling games
Sponsored posts in the feed are visually identical to real ones except for the word SPONSORED. We will not give your post a coloured frame — if it cannot hold attention on what it says, it should lose.
no user data
You get counts. Never names, never contact details, never a profile, never a lookalike audience export. There is nothing to buy here even if you asked.
no alcohol by default
A quest at a bar has to work for someone who does not drink, without making a point of it. Quests that fail that are rejected before you see them.
A premium subscriber nets us $8.49 after the 15% store cut. A free user costs about $0.25 to run. One subscriber pays for roughly 30 free ones, which is why we can afford to keep every safety feature outside the paywall — and why your money buys inventory rather than influence.
