four documents, no fine print.
These govern everything that happens on inaff. They are readable here without an account and without signing in, they are readable inside the app from settings, and both copies are generated from one source so they cannot say different things.
DRAFT — NOT THE FINAL PUBLISHED VERSION
The operating entity, the governing jurisdiction and the designated copyright agent are not filled in yet, so every place this document names one reads as unfinished. Fill in legal/entity.json and re-run node legal/sync.mjs before launch.
This is NOT a dating app.
inaff is made specifically for making friends. No swiping, no likes, and nothing anywhere in the ranking that scores how somebody looks. Pursuing a match romantically or sexually ends the account on the first instance — that is a term of the agreement (terms §2, guidelines §1), not a community norm we are hoping people observe.
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and the operator of inaff. It sets out what inaff is, who may use it, what you may and may not do here, what we charge, and how disputes are handled. It is written to be read. There is no second, shorter document that contradicts it.

Privacy Policy
What inaff collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what you can make us do about it. Where the honest answer is that we cannot read something or cannot recover it, that is stated rather than softened.

Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for behaviour on inaff and at the meetings it arranges. These are enforceable terms, not aspirations. They apply to every account, on every tier, in every country, and they apply to what you do at a quest as much as to what you type.

Copyright and DMCA Policy
Who owns what on inaff, how to report material that infringes your copyright, how to contest a removal, and what happens to accounts that keep doing it. Written against the notice-and-takedown procedure in 17 U.S.C. section 512 and the equivalent obligations under the EU Digital Services Act.
